The resident advisor (ra) supports the residents of their community in order to achieve housing & residence life’s mission to work collaboratively to create inclusive, welcoming communities. Resident advisors (ras) and living learning community resident advisors (llcras) are at the heart of the living experience, serving as leaders in their communities and providing residents.
